Mardi Gras 2022
Everyone loves a parade – especially a Mardi Gras Parade!
Residents, Little Sisters and staff celebrated their annual Mardi Gras parade and party at St. Martin’s Home – marked by the beginning of Lent. Spirits and smiles were the theme of the 2022 parade! Floats and lots of beads and trinkets added to the fun.
Residents Mary Jane and Famulari were Mardi Gras king and queen and were honored by the Residents and Sisters who lined the hallways and Main Street for the parade route.
The color theme of purple, green and gold (representing justice, faith and power) created a festive mood. The parade ended, of course, with special desserts and drinks served!
