Believing in the value of the lives of the elderly, the Little Sisters of the Poor strive to make the Residents of St. Martin’s Home as happy as possible. You too can discover the wisdom and beauty of the elderly through the many volunteer opportunities which exist at the home. By volunteering regularly or for special events, you will experience happiness yourself as you offer the Residents companionship and joy!
Current Volunteer Needs:
Visiting with Residents
Assisting with activities, crafts, chair exercise programs
Assisting with serving Residents' meals
"Hidden services" such as folding clothes, ironing, vegetable preparation, etc.
Driving and/or accompanying Residents for appointments, shopping, etc.
